What You’ll Do
As a Client Success Manager, you will drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth by helping businesses maximize their investment in Emarsys. You will act as a strategic advisor, ensuring our technology delivers measurable business results.

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and promote adoption of Emarsys solutions.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline client operations through automation and integration.

  • Drive client engagement, monitor platform usage, and proactively reduce churn.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

  • Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities, securing contract renewals.

  • Regularly track and report on account performance using Salesforce.
