Overview
The Client Success Manager – Healthcare is responsible for building strong, long-term client partnerships and ensuring clients achieve maximum value from our healthcare solutions. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, leading onboarding, driving engagement, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities for growth while ensuring compliance with U.S. healthcare standards and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with healthcare clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, proactively addressing client needs, concerns, and expectations.
- Conduct regular client check-ins to ensure satisfaction, retention, and identify growth opportunities.
- Lead end-to-end client onboarding to ensure a smooth transition and successful adoption of services.
- Provide client training, guidance, and ongoing support to maximize value and utilization.
