Role summary


This is a client-first role. Your main responsibility is to manage clients, projects, and internal coordination. Social media involvement will be limited to support and coordination, not ownership. You’ll ensure work moves smoothly from brief to delivery, on time and as expected.


What you will do (client servicing – primary focus)


  • Be the main point of contact for assigned clients
  • Understand client requirements and convert them into clear briefs
  • Coordinate with design, copy, video, and performance teams
  • Own timelines, follow-ups, approvals, and deliveries
  • Present work, take feedback, and ensure revisions are closed properly
  • Keep clients updated on progress, plans, and next steps
  • Manage day-to-day communication and routine escalations
