As a Client Success Manager, you will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth customer experience and promoting Finofy's financial products and services. This is a desk-based role with no fieldwork involved.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Connect with global clients through phone calls and chat to assist with queries.
  • Explain and convince clients about Finofy's financial products and investment services.
  • Manage and update the CRM system, ensuring all client conversations and lead information are properly recorded.
  • Build strong client relationships by providing excellent customer support and timely follow-ups.
  • Achieve performance targets related to client acquisition and service quality.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and enhance service delivery.
