Location: Mexico City, Mexico Compensation: $2,500 USD/month Type: Full-time Mandatory Requirement: Native English fluency (written and verbal) - non-negotiable About Us We're a digital marketing agency helping businesses grow through performance-driven campaigns. We're looking for a Customer Success Manager based in Mexico City to own client relationships and ensure our customers achieve their marketing goals. The Role You'll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, responsible for onboarding, retention, and growth. You'll work closely with our delivery teams to ensure campaigns hit targets and clients stay happy. What you'll do: Own client relationships from onboarding through renewal Run weekly/monthly client calls and QBRs Monitor campaign performance and flag issues before clients do Identify upsell and expansion opportunities Coordinate with internal teams (paid media, SEO, creative) to resolve client requests Track client health metrics and reduce churn Requirements Native English fluency (written and verbal) - non-negotiable 2 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services Experience in digital marketing, advertising, or agency environment preferred Strong communication skills - you can explain complex things simply Comfortable with data - you can read dashboards and speak to performance metrics Based in Mexico City with reliable internet and availability during US business hours (CST/EST overlap) Nice to have: Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, or SEO reporting tools What We Offer $2,500 USD/month Work with US clients on interesting brands Growth path into Senior CSM or Account Director roles
