Key Responsibilities


  1. Client Servicing
  • Handle client/distributor queries related to PMS & AIF portfolios, transactions, funding, capital calls, and reporting.
  • Provide timely responses and maintain TAT across all communication channels.
  • Track and close service requests through CRM/service desk systems.


  1. Funding, Capital Calls & Confirmations
  • Track PMS funding and AIF commitment receipts.
  • Share investment confirmations, capital call notices, distribution updates, and payout confirmations.
  • Follow up on pending capital calls or failed payouts.


  1. Reporting & Statements
  • Disseminate PMS monthly/quarterly statements, gain reports, trade summaries, and fee summaries.
  • Share AIF quarterly reports, capital account statements, and contribution/commitment trackers.
  • Coordinate with fund accounting for any report clarifications or corrections.


  1. Transaction & Operations Coordination
  • Monitor transaction status for PMS trades, STPs and AIF unit allotments/distributions.
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve escalations and ensure smooth processing.


  1. Compliance & Documentation
  • Maintain accurate communication records and audit-ready documentation.
  • Ensure servicing activities comply with SEBI PMS & AIF regulations and internal SOPs.


  1. Skills & Competencies
  • Strong communication and client-handling ability.
  • Good understanding of PMS/AIF processes, capital markets, and regulatory framework.
  • High accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and CRM/service desk tools.
