Job Description

  • Review Client queries and concerns and seek to improve all aspects of the Client experience with the company.

  • Will be responsible for cross selling and Upselling as per the client's needs.

  • Maintain a detailed understanding of products and services, assist Clients with questions and suggest the best products for their needs

  • Look at Client’s performance data on a daily basis and communicate areas of opportunity. 

  • Identify patterns among Client’s performance and contribute towards developing best practices, FAQs and knowledge base for using the Company’s platform.

  • Ensure Client satisfaction. Identify any potential issues proactively before the Client reports them.


  • Requirements

  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.

  • Willingness to work in the US/UK time zone is a must.

  • Experience in a prior Client success / Account management or Client support role is a must.

  • Experience in dealing directly with International clients will be an advantage.

  • Must have good troubleshooting skills.
