About the Role

Grant Web Development is hiring a Client Success & Project Manager to act as the operational integrator between our clients and development team. This role is part project manager, part client success lead, and part air traffic controller—ensuring that web and eCommerce projects move forward every single day without delays, miscommunication, or bottlenecks.

You’ll be the primary point of contact for clients, managing communication through the founder’s inbox and translating client needs into clear tasks for the dev team. You’ll handle QA, gather assets, make decisions on sequencing, and ensure projects maintain momentum from kickoff to launch.
