Job Summary

HumCap's client is seeking a Client Success Representative to help build and maintain client relationships and deliver growth to the company.The Client Success Representative is the primary point of contact for clients, dedicated to understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction. This role focuses on renewing and upselling products and services, building strong client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and nurture client accounts, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their goals and challenges
  • Address client inquiries and issues promptly, collaborating with internal teams for solutions
  • Develop deep product knowledge and guide clients on best use
  • Gather client feedback and communicate insights for product improvement
  • Facilitate client onboarding and training sessions
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance client retention
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align initiatives
Required Skills & Abilities

  • Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts
  • Goal-oriented mindset focused on client satisfaction and revenue growth
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communication, or related field
  • Proven experience in client success, account management, or a related customer-facing role
