Responsibilities
Role: Customer Success Specialist (Remote - Canada)
- Own onboarding for assigned mid-market accounts: craft launch plans, run trainings, and ensure time-to-value milestones are met.
- Drive active product adoption by building tailored success plans, monitoring usage signals, and executing targeted engagement campaigns.
