About the Role

We’re seeking a client-focused Client Success Specialist with strong Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) expertise. If you thrive in a fast-paced agency environment and enjoy blending technical know-how with strategic client interaction, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their success with CRO initiatives.
  • Conduct data analysis, A/B testing, and performance tracking to improve conversion funnels.
  • Develop and execute CRO strategies tailored to each client’s goals and KPIs.
  • Present insights, reports, and actionable recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and development teams to implement winning experiments.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering measurable outcomes.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in conversion rate optimization (agency, SaaS, or client-side).
  • Strong analytical skills with tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, Optimizely, VWO, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities for client-facing interactions.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear strategies and next steps.
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts and competing priorities.
  • Background in both strategic consulting and hands-on execution.

Preferred Experience

  • Digital marketing agency or consultancy background.
  • Experience with e-commerce, SaaS, or other high-growth digital products.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRMs, and advanced reporting platforms.
