Job Description
As a Client Support Representative, you will work collaboratively with our Revenue Team of Relationship Managers, Technical Client Support and subject experts. We establish client relationships by offering effective, rapid and personal support. This role involves researching and mapping our prospects and building a strong picture of their needs, their industry sector, their business model and corporate structure.
We have a strong focus on Australia, Japan, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, the UK, Canada and the US. The remit requires real planning and organisation. The role will suit someone who enjoys working in a professional research environment. Ideally, it would help if you have worked in market intelligence, energy transition, a mineral economics firm, an engineering consultancy practice, an environmental practice, or a software company.
