BACKGROUND: Kaizen Advance is a growing consulting company based in Atlanta, GA, specializing in connecting quality workers with work-from-home (remote) opportunities. We are looking for Client Support Agents to work from home and be the primary link between our clients' current and potential customers. The Client Support Agent is responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs and communicating effectively with team members within the customer service department of various Fortune 500 companies.
