To support the continued growth of our team in Zurich, we are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Client Support Associate / Assistant who enjoys working in an international environment.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Responding to enquiries by sending service information
• Entering client data into mandate contracts and processing these
• Assisting with incorporation and administration of companies including preparation of company dossier for Notary and Commercial Registry
• Filing electronically and physically all documents received in correspondence
• Accepting and processing telephone inquiries
• Supporting bank account opening processes and KYC collection
• Maintaining internal databases
• General administrative tasks and correspo...
