Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Client Support Officer at Amazon KDP. The Client Support Officer will be responsible for assisting and supporting clients in navigating the Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP) platform. Key responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, providing technical support, identifying and resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role may also involve compiling feedback to help improve services and processes.
