Key Responsibilities
- Support Sales and Operations teams while learning about commercial roofing, and construction.
- Update billable hours and service notes in third-party platforms like Service Channel and Corrigo.
- Assist sales team with deliverables such as lists, reports, and other documentation.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing excellent customer service.
- Review technician service reports and share action items, repair needs or contractor referrals.
