Job Description
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Triage Zendesk tickets from assigned clients.
- Troubleshoots and resolves Zendesk tickets for assigned clients, escalating to product or engineering team as needed.
- Assists in Modules, Setups, and Implementation for assigned clients.
- Works closely with Account Manager to share client needs, goals, and issues for resolution.
- Acts as main point of contact for client issues, escalating to appropriate parties as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
