About This Job

As a Client Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our franchisees when they need assistance with their orders. You will handle a variety of inquiries, ensuring a smooth and efficient resolution. This position reports to the Client Support Lead.

Essential Job Functions

  • Assist franchisees with tracking orders, resolving issues with damaged or missing items, and addressing questions about product availability.
  • Act as a bridge between franchisees and our suppliers to ensure any supply-related issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
  • Respond to support requests through the Gorgias platform integrated with our Shopify store, as well as through our dedicated support email address.
