**Job Purpose**



ICE Data Analytics has a unique opportunity for a full-time Client Support Specialist to join a team responsible for providing high quality, professional services in support of various Fixed Income Analytics platforms.



**Duties and Responsibilities**



+ Support and monitor customer specific processing with accuracy and diligence to ensure users are able to maximize use of the various fixed income desktop products

+ Performs other duties such as coverage analysis for prospective clients, process sample/demo portfolios and generate reports as requested

+ Analyze, research, and respond to client queries in fast paced environment via phone, email and chat in a professional manner

+ Maintain regular contact with internal stakeholders to ensure exceptional customer service is provided
