Job Description
We are hiring for a skilled Client Support Specialist. We are looking for a candidate who is a customer service professional and preferably has call center experience. You will be an initial contact for inbound client requests and will log, document, and notate client conversations/issues. Must have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, have a focused attention to detail and a minimum of an associates degree.

- Responsible for accurate and timely resolution of client concerns and issues
- Provides quality customer service and real-time technical support to clients
- Uses multiple computer software packages to answer and complete client requests
