【必要な経験】

・テクニカルサポート業務経験3年程度、又はIT学士号に加え1年程度のテクニカルサポート業務の経験

・基本的なスクリプト書ける経験

【必要な能力】

・ITインフラにおける標準的なエンドユーザーハードウエア、ソフトウエア専門知識

・エンドユーザー環境へのインパクトを理解できる

・エンドユーザーの要望を理解し、対応できるコミュニケーション能力

【資質】

・自主的に業務を遂行できる

・カスタマーフォーカス

・論理的思考能力

【歓迎する経験/能力】

・会話レベルの英語力

・業界経験：小売業界、E-Commerce、流通

◆雇用形態：正社員（試用期間6ヶ月、期間中の勤務条件変更無し）

◆その他：インセンティブボーナス（業績に応じて年1回支給）、昇給（業績に応じて年1回支給）、時間外手当、

◆勤務条件：

・フレックスタイム制　

（コアタイムなし／始業時刻午前5時　終業時刻午後10時／1ヶ月の所定労働時間：月の平日日数×8時間）
