- We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Client Support & Workflow Coordinator to assist with day-to-day administrative operations, client communication, and internal workflow support. This role is central to managing client files, CRM updates, and maintaining smooth communication between clients and case managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to client and lead inquiries via email and phone
- Maintain and update CRM with notes, documents, and task assignments
- Create and organize client folders in Dropbox
