The Client Tech Specialist provides comprehensive onsite technical support during the statewide implementation of the eCourts, the Judicial Branch’s new case management system. This role supports approximately % of court locations across the state, assisting clerks of court with system use, troubleshooting, and training. The ideal candidate combines strong technical knowledge with exceptional customer service and communication skills, guiding judicial staff through complex technology changes with professionalism and patience.
