Client Tech Support Consultant III (Payroll)

Position Description

NOTE:  The selected applicant for this role will be expected to work within a hybrid work model (3 days per week onsite in the office, 2 days per week from home) in our Alpharetta, GA, office.

ADP is hiring a GlobalView Client Tech Support Consultant III.  In this position, you will work to ensure activities are performed in a manner that meets ADP and/or client requirements while adhering to ADP standards. You will be responsible for providing 2nd level post-live issue resolution within Service Level Agreement timeframes - specifically investigation, solution identification, recommendation, configuration, unit testing and solution documentation. You will prepare functional specifications and change control requests, including design and configuration details.
