Overview


The Client Technology Technician will primarily provide technical support through in-person communication but may also involve remote methods such as phone assistance. This position requires familiarity with a wide range of concepts, practices, and procedures in the field. The technician will perform various tasks related to technical support and requires both individual effort and teamwork. The associate will work under the supervision of the manager and director. Attention to detail and the ability to work with supervision are essential for success in this position. This is an on-site position in Burlington, NJ.
