Clienteling & Loyalty Manager, SEA

Reporting to the Head of Clienteling, SEAO, this position is in charge of implementation of client initiatives, events as well as improving the overall clienteling performance of CELINE for Singapore, Malaysia and Philippines markets. He/She will focus on driving recruitment, retention and client engagement locally, while spreading the Client culture with retail store teams.

Clienteling

• Implement regional clienteling programs locally, in coordination with store teams
• Manage communication to stores on latest clienteling initiatives, global/regional directives and campaigns
• Engage with priority clients across key moments as well as day to day business as usual moments
