Clients and Markets – Development Manager

Clients and Markets team drives the development of client relationships and sales at PwC Finland and consists of four capability teams: Sales & Business Development, Technology, Design & Proposal Hubs, and Events.

We are looking to strengthen our Sales & Business Development team with a fixed-term replacement to cover parental leave. The role starts at the beginning of 2026 and is expected to continue until spring 2027.

As a Markets Development Manager, you will identify, develop, and manage firm-wide initiatives and programs that enhance sales efficiency and empower our teams to perform at their best. Working closely with our business units, you will gain visibility in the firm-wide sales and client management that sits at the core of our strategy and plays a key role in enabling PwC’s future growth.
