Neighbourly Pharmacy is seeking a Part-Time Clinic Administrator to support the doctor’s office at our PharmaChoice location in Barrhead, AB.

This position is for 2-3 days per week, split between the clinic and the pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Medical Clinic Manager, providing administrative support and coordinating daily operations for doctors, staff, visitors, and patients
• Manage scheduling, organize patient files, and address patient inquiries to ensure smooth clinic operations
• Welcome patients and visitors, answer inquiries, and schedule appointments while maintaining patient records and accounts using Input Health EMR system
