Reporting to the Clinic and Campus Operations Manager, your key responsibilities include:

• Assisting across clinic and campus reception areas, handling enquiries, visitors, mail, deliveries, access cards, and contractor coordination to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Organising daily clinic reception and dispensary activities, processing bookings and payments, managing stock and banking, and supporting student and supervisor onboarding into clinic systems and workflows.
