Job Description
We are a friendly private clinic in Ipoh looking for a Clinic Assistant to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will assist with daily clinic operations and patient care.
Responsibilities
- Assist doctor during consultations and procedures (training provided)
- Register patients and manage appointment scheduling
- Dispense medications and handle payments (training provided)
- Maintain cleanliness and stock of clinic supplies
- General administrative and front-desk duties
Requirements
- Minimum SPM (healthcare-related certificate is an advantage)
- Experience in a clinic or healthcare setting is preferred but not mandatory
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin would be an added advantage)
- Friendly, responsible, and able to work as part of a team
- Willing to learn and follow clinic SOPs
