Job Description

We are a friendly private clinic in Ipoh looking for a Clinic Assistant to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will assist with daily clinic operations and patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Assist doctor during consultations and procedures (training provided)
  • Register patients and manage appointment scheduling
  • Dispense medications and handle payments (training provided)
  • Maintain cleanliness and stock of clinic supplies
  • General administrative and front-desk duties

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM (healthcare-related certificate is an advantage)
  • Experience in a clinic or healthcare setting is preferred but not mandatory
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin would be an added advantage)
  • Friendly, responsible, and able to work as part of a team
  • Willing to learn and follow clinic SOPs
