Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist doctors and clinic in serving and providing patient care for all clinical general duties as assigned
  • Perform other administrative duties of the clinic, ensuring patient records are maintained and updated accordingly
  • Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the Branch Manager and doctor
  • Dispense drugs as prescribed by the doctors, ensuring the right drugs and dosage are given out with correct instructions to the patients

Job Requirement

  • Possess at least a Certificate / Diploma in healthcare or minimum SPM / STPM for a Clinic Assistant
  • Fresh graduates or at least 1 year of working experience in a related field
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Must be computer literate
  • Clinical and customer service experience will be an added advantage
