About the role
Join Dr Chong Paediatric Clinic Pte. Ltd. as a full-time Clinic Assistant. Based in Novena Central Region, this role is an integral part of providing high-quality healthcare services to our paediatric patients and their families.
What you'll be doing
- Greeting and welcoming patients and their families in a friendly and professional manner
- Assisting the paediatrician with patient examinations and procedures
- Maintaining clinical supplies and equipment to ensure smooth clinic operations
- Scheduling appointments and managing the patient booking system
- Providing administrative support, such as filing medical records
- Ensuring the clinic environment is clean, organised and well-presented at all times

- Compassionate and caring attitude with a strong interest in paediatric healthcare
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients and their families
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing and scheduling
