About the role

Join Dr Chong Paediatric Clinic Pte. Ltd. as a full-time Clinic Assistant. Based in Novena Central Region, this role is an integral part of providing high-quality healthcare services to our paediatric patients and their families.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greeting and welcoming patients and their families in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Assisting the paediatrician with patient examinations and procedures
  3. Maintaining clinical supplies and equipment to ensure smooth clinic operations
  4. Scheduling appointments and managing the patient booking system
  5. Providing administrative support, such as filing medical records
  6. Ensuring the clinic environment is clean, organised and well-presented at all times

What we're looking for

  1. Compassionate and caring attitude with a strong interest in paediatric healthcare
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients and their families
  3. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  4. Proficient in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing and scheduling
