The Role:
Responsibilites:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth workflow across departments.
- Ensure compliance with company protocols, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Manage clinic resources efficiently, including consumables, equipment, and maintenance needs.
- Coordinate with the procurement team for timely availability of medicines, consumables, and other supplies.
Client Relationship & Customer Service:
- Ensure a positive client experience through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Address client feedback, complaints, and escalations promptly and professionally.
- Monitor front desk activities for appointment scheduling, billing, and client engagement.
Team Management & HR Coordination:
