The Role:

Responsibilites:


  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth workflow across departments.
  • Ensure compliance with company protocols, SOPs, and quality standards.
  • Manage clinic resources efficiently, including consumables, equipment, and maintenance needs.
  • Coordinate with the procurement team for timely availability of medicines, consumables, and other supplies.

Client Relationship & Customer Service:

  • Ensure a positive client experience through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Address client feedback, complaints, and escalations promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor front desk activities for appointment scheduling, billing, and client engagement.

Team Management & HR Coordination:
