Job Description

Role Summary:

The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant day-to-day operations across a group of 5 clinics. This role owns workforce planning, operational execution, people management, vendor coordination, and on-ground issue resolution to ensure seamless clinic functioning and high patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Clinic Operations & Daily Functioning
  • Act as the first point of contact for operational escalations and resolve issues in real time
  • Coordinate with clinic teams to maintain operational discipline and SOP adherence
  • Ensure clinic readiness (staffing, equipment, consumables) at all times

2. Workforce Planning & Roster Management

  • Prepare and publish weekly rosters for all clinic staff including doctors, counsellors, front desk, & technicians
