Clinical Applications Administrator

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Applications Administrator to join our team and provide expert support across our clinical systems. You will work closely with radiologists, clerical teams, managers, and referring clinicians to ensure smooth and efficient use of our applications. This role is based at our Head Office on Greenhill Road, Wayville.

In this role, you will:

• Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate issues within clinical applications to support continuity of high-quality imaging services across Benson Radiology.
• Maintain data integrity by monitoring and correcting exam or patient information errors in a timely manner to ensure patient safety.
• Assist in the implementation of new clinical applications, including system integration, workflow development, user training, and ongoing support.
