It offers state-of-the-art facility' within a light filled interior, on-site café, private dining facilities, hair salon and spa, and gym along with many other activities in the peninsula precinct. Your New Role: We currently have a Clinical Care Manager fulltime postion available. The Clinical Care Manager will lead and support the coordination of all clinical and care needs for Residential Aged Care residents, and ensure that service delivery is met to a high standard.
