What you’ll do

As the Clinical Coordinator, you will be trusted to make a valuable impact by:

  • Deliver high quality nursing care, including specialised nursing care. Lead and mentor the clinical and care team to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care
  • Support clinical governance through comprehensive assessments, care planning, and regular reviews
  • Ensure compliance with aged care standards and accreditation through robust quality and risk management
  • Educate and upskill staff to build a high-performing, confident clinical team
  • Work closely with GPs, allied health providers and families to deliver holistic care
  • Prepare accurate documentation and support ongoing service improvement initiatives

What you’ll bring
