We are looking for a Clinical Data SME Leader with a minimum of 4 years of overall relevant experience who can join us immediately or within a 15-day notice period.
📍 Location: Bangalore (Hybrid work model – required to work from the office all five days a week)
What You’ll Do
- Analyze and standardize clinical data for quality and consistency
- Define and implement quality assurance checks
- Develop documentation and training to promote best practices
- Ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA, HITECH) in clinical data management
What We’re Looking For
- Educational background: Pharm D or MPharm
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience (oncology experience is a strong advantage)
- Oncology knowledge is mandatory (familiarity with therapeutic regimens such as NCCN and ASCO guidelines required)
- Experience with clinical data models (OMOP, CDM) and ability to adapt standards for diverse use cases
- Strong collaboration skills in global, cross-functional teams
- SQL proficiency is a plus.
