Clinical Deputy Manager

As the Clinical Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Home Manager in the day-to-day clinical operations of the 100-bed residential, nursing, and dementia care home. You will lead and mentor the nursing team, ensure high-quality clinical care, and work closely with residents and their families to deliver person-centred care. The role requires a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin, and the successful candidate will be an effective communicator, able to build strong relationships with all stakeholders.
