Overview

Bancroft's ABA Center of Excellence is actively seeking a Clinical Director to join our behavior analytical team working with adults with behavior disorders at our Gloucester Program!

You will experience an opportunity, like no other, to learn and grow within our program and truly make a difference in the lives of these adults while working with members of our Clinical and Operations Team.

About the Gloucester Program: The Gloucester program is designed for adults with intellectual/developmental disability and a dual medical or mental health diagnosis who have struggled in other residential settings. Bancroft’s expert clinical team takes a multidisciplinary approach to each individual’s treatment plan, using Applied Behavior Analysis to address behavioral challenges, and helping each person develop skills for greater independence.

Responsibilities

The Clinical Director provides clinical direction to the program and ensures effective and efficient clinical processes.

  • Manages a team of Behavior Analysts and ABA Specialists to oversee all assessment activities and treatment planning for individuals supported.
  • Directs the coordination of behavioral and other clinical programming.
  • Ensures the quality of training and mentoring of staff on delivery of services.
  • Advocates on behalf of individuals supported.
  • Qualifications

  • Master’s degree with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field required. PhD in a related discipline desirable.
  • BCBA or BCaBA Certification required 
  • NJ License required
  • Prior experience in functional assessment and treatment development 
  • Minimum of two years of prior supervisory experience necessary
