Job Description Position Title: Clinical Director Department: Clinical / Outpatient Summary: The Clinical Director provides leadership, oversight, and direction for all clinical aspects within a comprehensive mental health treatment program. This role ensures services are delivered in alignment with best practices, state and federal regulations, and agency policies. The Director will supervise clinical staff, oversee services at assigned programs, ensure quality care for clients, and contribute to program development and performance improvement efforts.
