    • About the Role

    The role is expected to organise, teach, and facilitate education sessions in order to support, enable and empower staff to achieve high levels of performance. The role involves supporting all staff to provide excellence in service delivery. The successful applicant shall be positioned within the Learning Services team and shall support continuous learning for all staff within and across the health service, ensuring the education activities of the service are aligned to the strategic directions of CGH. 

    The successful candidate will be an excellent role model, with sound clinical skills, who will provide leadership whilst upholding and fulfilling the organisation’s vision, mission and values.
