This Player-Coach role is designed for a high-acuity clinician ready to master Clinical Operations while maintaining an edge in acute patient care.

You will dedicate 50% of your time to direct patient care and 50% to operational leadership and team mentorship.

Compensation & Leadership Perks Salary:

• $180,000 – $190,000 annual base + Sign-on Bonus.
