Clinical Informatics Analyst or Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Clinical Informatics Analyst (CIA) and Clinical Informatics Specialist (CIS) roles function within TransForm’s Clinical Systems Transformation and Information Systems divisions reporting to the Manager, Clinical Informatics. These key positions serve as champions for clinical professionals in the design, development, optimization, and adoption of TransForm’s Health Information System strategies across the Erie St. Clair region. Both roles act as critical bridges between clinical practice and information services, translating user and patient needs into effective clinical information system solutions. They support ongoing operational needs beyond implementation to ensure continuous improvement, standardization, and enhanced adoption of electronic health records in alignment with regional and organizational goals.
