Support the Training & Clinical activities of Sysmex Robotic Surgical. Provide training and hands-on support to the surgeons and nurses.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and improvement of clinical training curricula
- Develop educational materials such as manuals, presentations, videos, and assessments
- Support certification and credentialing pathways for robotic surgery users
- Participate in validation and standardization of training programs
- Collect user feedback on system performance and usability
- Report clinical insights, trends, and improvement opportunities to internal teams
- Support post-market surveillance and clinical evaluations when required
