Position: Clinical Trainer (BAMS / BHMS)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Training & Development

• Conduct clinical and process training for newly joined clinical and paramedical staff across centers.
• Design and deliver training modules related to fertility treatments, patient care protocols, and clinical procedures.
• Provide induction training for RMOs, Nurses, Counsellors, and Patient Care Coordinators.
• Conduct refresher training sessions to ensure continuous skill development.
• Develop training manuals, SOPs, presentations, and learning materials.

Clinical Knowledge Support

• Train staff on IVF treatment cycles, procedures, medications, and patient management protocols.
• Ensure all clinical staff follow standardized treatment and documentation processes.
