As the Clinical Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of patient care, clinical operations, and compliance within our state-of-the-art facility.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and manage the daily clinical operations, ensuring safe and efficient patient care in line with best practices. Supervise and mentor nursing and clinical staff, providing ongoing education and support. Collaborate with physicians and administrative staff to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality outcomes. Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and accreditation standards (OSHA, HIPAA, etc.).
