Exciting Leadership Opportunity – Clinical Nurse Supervisor!
PSG is partnering with a reputable aged care provider to recruit an experienced Clinical Nurse Supervisor. This role is ideal for a strong clinical leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and supporting a dedicated team of nurses and carers.
About the Role
As the Clinical Nurse Supervisor, you will provide day-to-day leadership to Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and Carers. You will ensure care delivery meets accreditation standards, supports resident wellbeing, and aligns with best clinical practice. This position plays a key part in maintaining high standards across clinical documentation, care planning, compliance, and team development.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and support staff to deliver safe, high-quality care

Ensure care plans, assessments and documentation are accurate and up to date

Monitor compliance with aged care standards and internal processes

Oversee incident management, audits and continuous improvement activities

Maintain a well-presented and supportive residential environment

Manage resident funding accuracy and timely submissions
About You

AHPRA-registered Registered Nurse
-
Minimum 3 years’ experience in senior clinical roles within aged care
-
Strong understanding of Aged Care Accreditation Standards

Confident leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to manage competing priorities and mentor staff
