We’re expanding our Telehealth services and have created several Clinical Operations Lead roles to support and develop our Triage Nurses and General Practitioners (GPs). These teams provide clinical advice, and determine the right level of care for over a million callers each year. This is a rare opportunity to make a real impact in healthcare while enjoying the flexibility of work from home. You’ll help shape the future of telehealth, ensuring Australians receive timely, high-quality care—anytime, anywhere.
As a Clinical Operations Lead, you’ll play a critical role in guiding a team of frontline clinicians, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality care delivery in a dynamic, omni-channel contact centre environment.
What you’ll be doing
Role Details
This is a 0.9-1.0 FTE permanent position as a frontline leader, working from home. Our services operate 24/7, and most of your roster will cover evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Approximately 65% of your hours will be out of standard business hours. During the recruitment process, we’ll work with you to understand your availability and preferences and aim to create a roster that suits you while meeting business needs. Start and finish times can be staggered to provide additional flexibility.
