You will work in a supportive,friendly environment with our integrated team of Doctors, ANP's, ClinicalPharmacist, Paramedic, Social Prescriber, Care Co-ordinator, Social Prescriber, Mental Health Nurse, SpecialistDiabetes Nurse and Nursing team.
The whole team works together to provide an innovative and caring service where patients are truly at the heart of everything we do.
